Kogawa Consulting was founded in 1984 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  At this early point of the information age, a lot of effort was being directed toward implementing information technology - often without a clear understanding of the business processes that the technology was intended to support.  By focusing on business processes, Kogawa has helped many companies to put information technology in context, removing much of the mystery and confusion that often surrounds technology.

Many years later, we find that a lot of effort is still being directed toward information technology without a good understanding of the business needs for the planned automation.  Kogawa continues to offer excellent value to our clients by helping them to understand, visualize and improve their business processes.
